These BAFTA 2016 film posters steal the show

Human After All have created five beautiful film posters inspired by BAFTA film nominees.

Human After All have created five posters inspired by the BAFTA Film Awards nominees for the third year running. This year Hungarian designer Levente Szabó has created simple yet emotional image-filled silhouettes.

Levente’s posters follow highly successful campaigns from design studio La Boca in 2014 and illustrator Malika Favre in 2015, who was a winner at the World Illustration Awards 2015.

Each poster is a narrative moment glimpsed through a wider, more symbolic film image for this year’s ‘Window to Another World’ theme – for example, within the body of a roaring bear is the dangerous wilderness of The Revenant (shown here), which won Best Film.

As well as being used as covers for the brochures given to attendees on the night, Levente’s illustrations also graced tickets and even car passes. See how he did it in the video below.
