Mat Szulik has matched the hotness of the low-poly style – which can be found everywhere from apps to animations - with the heat of summer holiday destinations.
In the Polish illustrator’s largest, most complex low-poly project yet, Etihad Airways commissioned him to concept, sketch and illustrate alluring sunny days across the world, from the Thames to the Australian outback.
So ditch the heavy winter coat and fantasise about flying away with these beautiful works.
Mat says one challenge was to avoid a cartoony style - and keep a Parisian-esque sophistication throughout.

Particularly striking about Mat’s work is his use of colour and shadow, making the details pop.
