Beautiful postcard designs by artists Kristjana S Williams, Ben Eine & more for charity

More than 400 postcard-sized original artworks will be auctioned off with all proceeds raised going towards the Hepatitis C Trust.

More than £75,000 was raised for the Hepatitis C Trust through last year’s Art on a Postcard auction, so the annual event returns for the fourth time next month.

Iconic global artists such as Kristjana S Williams, David Shillinglaw, Rugman and Jeremy Deller, royal academicians such as Mick Rooney RA and Vanessa Jackson RA have each created bespoke designs for individual postcards. Expect to see all styles and forms – from line drawing to oil paintings and surreal art.

For a full list of contributing artists, see here, meanwhile we’ve put together some of our favourite works in this feature.

More than 400 postcard-sized original artworks will be auctioned off with all proceeds raised going towards the Trust’s campaign to eliminate the virus as a major public health concern by 2030.

The artworks designers will be anonymous until the auction has ended – a new spin from last year’s competition, where the artists were kept open. The intent is to give both established and fresh art collectors the chance to get their hands on original works from iconic names.

You'll be able to view the artworks in person at the private view at Unit London on November 14, ahead of the auction on November 16, which this year will be conducted by Ewbank’s. You'll be able to bid both online and in person.

You can see all the designs here, and bidding is now open.

Art on A Postcard is the fundraising arm of The Hepatitis C Trust. In 2015 campaigning led to the Scottish Government committing to its program of elimination.

In August money was raised for The Hepatitis C Trust through 30 iconic British artists painting ukuleles.

Here are some of our favourite designs, although keep in mind we haven't credited the artists because the names have been kept anonymous.
